6. Executive Director

910 The Government of Nepal may appoint an Executive Director to act as the administrative head of the Committee. The tenure of 920 executive directors will be four years. 930 Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section 920, the Government of Nepal may, if deemed necessary, remove the Executive Director from office before the term of office expires. 940 The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the Executive Director will be as determined by the committee with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
